Although a Japanese Xbox 360 version was planned, it was ultimately cancelled. His playstyle is very different from Raidens, but I think it's a nice change of pace. Even though its rather short if you rush through theres a good variety to the mission, and the difference between doing every fight S ranked (including VRs) vs. VERY different from Raiden but it still feels like MGR- I think thats a nice accomplishment.

While I'm a sucker for the Jetstream DLC, I do agree that the Bladewolf DLC was very, very disappointing. All in all, I would gladly have payed for it, I think it's a great addition, gives some backstory to Sam. They are harder to locate, though, as Sam doesn't have the vision thing Raiden does (I forget what they call it).

Also, you mention not being able to upgrade DMG, HP, etc., but this is in fact possible. While the DLC is definitely harder, I don't think it is unfair. I suppose that is a matter of taste, though. I think his dodge is superior to Raidens, not to mention the taunt, which gives you increased DMG against enemies, with the tradeoff that they become more aggressive and their DMG increases as well. He isn't as button mashy as Raiden, with his short combos and charge attacks. Honestly, I enjoyed the two hours it took me to beat the Jetstream DLC way more than I enjoyed the main game.
